About Utility Haven Line
Utility Haven Line Co. is the registered business name of our practice. We were established in 2018 in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, to address a recurring gap we saw in Gyeonggi households: assets spread across institutions, but proof scattered across drawers.
Origin
Founder Min-seo Park spent twelve years in bank operations documentation before opening a dedicated archive desk. Clients initially arrived with shoeboxes of transfer slips and handwritten wallet notes. We formalized the proof pack—a dated, indexed physical bundle heirs could follow offline.
What we do
We assemble periodic proof packs for family asset archives. Work includes offline wallet inventories, custody attestations, insurance and deed cross-referencing, and trustee-ready binding. We do not sell software subscriptions or manage assets on your behalf.
People
- Min-seo Park — Lead archivist, proof pack assembly, client briefs
- Jae-won Kim — Wallet inventory specialist, cold-storage attestation protocols
- Eun-ji Han — Binding, indexing, quarterly update production
Working approach
We visit your home or receive materials at Office 9, 63 Demo-ro when privacy prefers. Documents are photographed or copied in-house; originals return same day unless you authorize temporary retention for binding. Every pack receives a reference number logged in our custody register.
Values
- Clarity over volume — A thin, accurate pack beats a thick confused one.
- Offline first — Heirs may not have app access when they need proof.
- Honest gaps — We flag missing attestations rather than padding sections.
Community
We participate in Suwon senior-centre financial literacy afternoons (document organisation only, not advice) and refer legal matters to licensed attorneys when clients need representation.
