Quarterly Updates vs. Annual Reassembly

Not every document arrival warrants a full archive audit. Understanding the difference saves households time and cost.

Quarterly updates fit when

  • You completed an annual proof pack within 18 months
  • Changes are incremental: one policy renewal, a single wire receipt, a new exchange withdrawal log
  • Asset categories have not changed (no new property, business stake, or wallet device)
  • Cross-reference structure from the prior pack remains valid

We produce a tabbed addendum, update the master index, and supply integration stickers for your binder.

Annual reassembly fits when

  • More than three asset categories changed
  • A trustee or heir reported confusion using the existing pack
  • Insurance or property holdings in a new jurisdiction were added
  • Cold wallet devices were replaced or seed storage moved
  • The prior pack is older than 18 months without interim updates

Hybrid approach

Many Gyeonggi clients run quarterly updates for two or three cycles, then schedule a full annual visit before a major life event—retirement, relocation, or trustee handover.

Compare rates or contact us with your pack reference number if unsure.
