Work performed: Separated land registers by parcel, photographed boundary markers referenced in old surveys, indexed insurance with renewal dates, produced cold-wallet attestation without key exposure.
Outcome: Two bound copies—one for the Suwon home safe, one sealed for their attorney. Quarterly updates track policy renewals only.
