1. Acceptance

By accessing utilityhavenline.click or engaging Utility Haven Line Co. for proof pack assembly services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Utility Haven Line provides document assembly, indexing, and archival binding for household asset records. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Service scope is defined in individual quotes and engagement letters.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, templates, and indexing methodologies are owned by Utility Haven Line Co. Client-provided documents remain client property. We retain copies only as authorized for assembly and return or destroy per engagement terms.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful documents, and timely responses to checklists. Clients must not request assembly of forged or unlawfully obtained materials.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, Utility Haven Line Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for losses arising from missing documents clients failed to disclose, key loss, or third-party institutional decisions.

6. Website use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse site forms. Automated bulk submissions are prohibited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the posted date.
